8+ years in managing multi-discipline teams in design institute, engineering company or project management company and plus site/field experience.

Process background in Chemical, Petro-chemical or Pharmaceutical plant.

Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures.

Fluent spoken and written English.

International engineering company or design institute work experience is preferred.
